Lucky 415 Marketing and Promotions is hiring a part-time administrative assistant. This position is remote and requires high-speed internet and phone. Position is temporary but may turn into permanent position.

Administrative Assistant SOW

-15-20 hours per week

-Monday-Friday 11-2pm or 12-3pm  (Hours may vary, Flexible schedule for the right person)

-Temporary position, may turn into permanent position

-Remote position – Requires a quiet office space, high-speed internet and phone. (Candidate in SC or IN preferred, but open to other locations for right candidate)

Administrative Assistant/Sales Assistant

  1. Primary Role
    1. Provide General Administrative and clerical support including emails, scanning, faxing and copying
    2. Maintaining electronic filing system
    3. Perform data entry and manage incoming correspondence
    4. Manage calendar
    5. Assist in resolving any administrative problems
    6. Answer all incoming calls and answer basic questions, screen calls for all account managers.
    7. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
    8. Assist with daily tasks assigned by account manager  
    9. Walk client from initial contact to appropriate account manager for more information.
    10. Answer basic questions from Brand Ambassadors interested in joining the Lucky team.
    11. Assist in organization and filing invoices for the accounting team to put into the system.
    12. Work with Account Managers in putting together their booking sheets and keeping everything up to date in a timely fashion.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative setting and customer service (minimum 3 years),
  • Extraordinary customer service skills and pleasant phone demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
  • Self-direction leading to high degree of success; Proven self-starter
  • Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision while maintaining a high quality of accountability and transparency.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to ‘think outside of the box’
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High Proficiency with Google Drive/Docs (Especially google sheets); Bonus points if you’re familiar with Airtable!
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A high standard of values, ethics, integrity, and trust

Raleigh, NC Brand Ambassadors Wanted!

Lucky 415 Marketing and Promotions, a 15 year old event agency, is searching for outgoing and energetic brand ambassadors for a retail client in Raleigh, NC!
 
Scope of event: Brand Ambassadors will working with a small team to help promote a retail client at a launch of their new store. We are looking for young, hip, and enthusiastic ambassadors who are looking to have fun and promote the brand in an exciting way. Ambassadors will be passing out flyers and canvasing the local area. We are also needing 1 ambassador to run in-store sampling on the last 2 dates.
 
Event Dates and locations:

Raleigh, Street Team Canvassing and In Store

Event 1:

Friday, February 3

4 ambassadors

Time: 10a – 2p

Location: Canvas area around the store location.

Event 2:

Saturday, February 4

4 ambassadors

Time: 10a – 2p

Location: Canvas area around the store location.

Event 3:

Sunday, February 5

1 ambassador

Time: 7-10am & 11-1p; 4-7p

Location: Inside store sampling

Total Hours: 8

Event 4:

Monday, February 6

1 ambassador

Time: 7-10am & 11-1p; 4-7p

Location: Inside store sampling

Payrate: $19
 
Must be extremely reliable, outgoing and able to work well with a team. Must be outgoing and able to talk to strangers, experienced brand ambassadors preferred.
